Carpet Cleaning Questions & Answers


Question: Can you give me a quotation over the phone?

Answer: Ofcourse, help us with the description of the cleaning area and one of our friendly members of staff will be happy to provide a quotation over the phone.


Question: What is the estimated drying time?

Answer: Your carpets & upholstery will dry naturally during the course of the day as we leave.


Question: How quickly can I get my carpet or upholstery cleaned?

Answer: We will try to get you an appointment within 24hrs of contacting us.


Question: Do you undertake commercial work?

Answer: A vast majority of our clients are of a commercial background and we aim to provide the appointments within 24hrs also.


Question: Are you insured?

Answer: We are fully covered with Public Liability Insurance (Available to view upon request).


Question: How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?

Answer: Cleaning frequency depends on a number of things such as the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every six months.


Question: Can you remove wine, tea, coffee etc…

Answer: Yes, these stains can be tough however providing we attempt to treat the stain before any individual tampers with it  we are able to remove tough stains as such with a 99% success rate.


Question: Can pet odours be removed?

Answer: The deodoriser in our cleaning solution takes care of the majority of unwanted odours.


Question: Can steam cleaning damage my carpet?

Answer: No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.


Question: What should I do about the furniture in the room?

Answer. Our cleaners will happily move any furniture that does not require more than one person. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before the cleaner arrives.
